I am excited to embark on a new year of learning! As Drexel’s K-12 School Counselor I will be assisting all of our students with their academic, social, and emotional needs.
Along with individual student planning, I am able to teach lessons on a bi-weekly basis to all students in grades K-6. This year we will be continuing to implement our Character Education program called Cats with Character. During our counseling lessons we discuss monthly Character Traits that will help to support healthy development for all students. You can see a copy of our Character Traits listed below.
We will also be focusing on four basic expectations that will help our students be successful in all settings. These expectations will be known as our PAWS. As a Drexel Bobcat we will Practice Respect, Act Safely, Work Hard, and Show Responsibility. These rules will help to ensure all students are meeting their full potential.
